The Requirement

During a rapidly developing regional crisis, a global oil and gas company required the evacuation of more than 300 personnel from operations and locations across Kuwait and Iraq. The requirement developed at short notice and involved coordinating personnel from multiple locations and of multiple nationalities, arranging ground transportation and cross-border movements, and managing onward travel while regional conditions continued to evolve. Stratum Global Risk was activated to coordinate and support the evacuation.

The Outcome

The operation demonstrated Stratum’s ability to mobilise at short notice and manage complex, high-volume personnel movements across multiple locations and international borders during a rapidly evolving crisis.
