The Requirement
During a rapidly escalating regional crisis, a global technology company required support evacuating more than 200 personnel from locations across Qatar, Bahrain and the UAE. The situation was further complicated by significant airspace closures and the inability to fly in consultants from their international risk management provider. The requirement involved simultaneous activity across several countries, with different movement options, departure points and logistical considerations requiring central coordination. Stratum Global Risk was activated to manage the regional response and support the safe onward movement of affected personnel.

By managing multiple evacuation streams through a single operational framework, Stratum provided the client with central oversight while maintaining the flexibility required to respond to changing conditions in each country. The operation demonstrated Stratum’s ability to coordinate large-scale, multi-country crisis response across the GCC at short notice.
